Shipping conditions Creative Canvas
All packages are shipped via Belgium or Poland post and will be shipped with a traceable method. As soon as our carrier provides us with the tracking number, we will send you the tracking number by email. See below for estimated delivery times to your country/region.
Estimated delivery time:
Belgium 2-6 business days, Netherlands 3-9 business days, Germany 4-9 business days, Poland 3-6 business days. Other EU countries 4-14 business days.
Shipping to Poland, Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands is free.
Other EU countries - 8-12 euros
Important note: Please note that all stated estimated delivery times are based on normal circumstances. Occasionally we are confronted with large volumes of international shipments, especially during holiday seasons. In addition, some countries may need more time at customs for handling and scanning packages, which explains the difference in the above delivery times.
Express delivery via DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS or similar services (6-13 days):
To receive information about upgrading your order to express delivery, please send us an email at moc.liamg%40keodeveitaerc immediately after placing your order, and we will reply with the price and an invoice for online payment. Please note that the cost of express delivery is approximately 30-50 euros per item, depending on the country of destination.
Order processing time:
Please note that the processing time of your order is added to the delivery time to calculate the total time it takes to receive your order after it is placed. The processing time of an order is 1 to 3 business days and is used for quality control, packaging, labeling and transferring the order to our shipping company for shipping.
Canceling an order
We cannot cancel an order after it has started processing. Generally, if you do not send us a message within 5 hours of placing the order, there is a good chance that we will not be able to cancel the order. Orders that cannot be delivered
We are not responsible for any packages that are refused, unclaimed at the local post office, or not delivered to the address provided due to an incorrect name or address provided when placing the order. We reserve the right to charge a return and reship fee of 30-50% of the cost of the item if this happens. Therefore, please make sure to check your address carefully when placing the order :)
Separate Packages
If you think something is missing from the package you received, don't worry! We occasionally ship orders in multiple/separate packages due to weight restrictions, as well as to expedite delivery after the item arrives at our warehouse. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped and the tracking number appears in our database, we will send you an email with tracking information that you can use to track your package. If you have not received an email from us after 6 business days, simply send us an email at moc.liamg%40htolcevitaerc and we will check it immediately.
