Creative Cloth Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the item, please contact us at creativecloth.com stating your order number and the reason for return. Please note that you have 7 days from the moment you receive your order to return it. After this period, your item will no longer be accepted for return. If you decide to return your order, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Our customer service will review your return request and provide further instructions if the return is approved. Returned items must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and documentation. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as they were sent to you, and in the original packaging. Stains, tears, burns, signs of wear, bent cards, broken seals or torn plastic sheets will not be accepted. If the item returned to us is in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right not to accept the return or exchange. Products that are personalized are not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-returnable items include personalized products, underwear, damaged items due to customer misuse. Creatieve Doek reserves the right to refuse a return.
WHAT TO DO IF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Please contact our customer service at moc.liamg%40keodeveitaerc to initiate the return process. Please include the following information:
• Order number
• Purchase confirmation
• Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable)
• Full shipping address
• Phone number
In some cases, you may be asked to attach a video or photo of the defective product as proof for return or replacement.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
Returns can take up to 14 business days to process from receipt. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. For returned items, the return does not cover all shipping and handling costs.
WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND?
All refunds will be made to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not received the refund yet, please follow these steps:

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
